A stunning rainforest with ancient trees, primate ferns, liana, and lichen, to name a few, will be encountered along the way. It’s a lengthy and exhausting climb over granite, but it’s not technical. We continue on toward the Karanga valley, our final destination for fresh water prior to the summit, after passing beneath the Heim and Kersten glaciers.
