Day 1 – Tarangire National park
Today we drive to Tarangire National Park, for excellent game viewing. Tarangire is a small park that offers some excellent sights. Generally, in the dry seasons, Tarangire comes alive as wildlife and birdlife congregate on the Tarangire River, which is a permanent source of water. We spend a night in our beautiful Luxury Tented Camp set outside the park with stunning views and a unique atmosphere. Dinner and Overnight
Day 2 – Lake Manyara National park
Today we drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game drives. This is one of Tanzania’s smaller parks but still offers a rewarding and diverse safari experience. The lakeshore at Manyara teems with birdlife, and while you are looking for the birds, you might spot one of the elusive tree-climbing lions. There are a surprising number of other large mammals and the striking cliffs on the Rift escarpment form a dramatic backdrop. In the late afternoon, we make a short journey from the park to our special tented camp.
Day 3 – Serengeti National park
After breakfast you will start the safari by being transferred to the central part of the Serengeti(also called Seronera). Here your driver will try to find the animals you’re the most interested in.Closer to lunch time you will visit the Serengeti Visitor Center, where you will be offered lunchbox and provided with lots of interesting information not only about the animals’ populations,but also about the history of the National Park. Also, in this area you will be able to see hyraxes,which are the elephant’s closest relatives. It is difficult to describe in detail all the animals of the Serengeti valley, for they number in the thousands: elephants, buffalo, ostriches, giraffes, jackals,hyenas, lions, antelopes, leopards and cheetahs—just keep your eyes peeled and enjoy the nature around you. By the evening you will be transferred to the northern part of the Serengeti and then to your tented camp/lodge.
Day 4,5 – Full Day Game Drive at Serengeti
Full day at Serengeti National Park for game drive for two days. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6- Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning games drives and after depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. Dinner and overnigh.
Day 7- Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Our last day we starts very early in the morning equipped with a picnic lunch we descend 2000 ft. down to the Crater floor by our 4×4 wheel drive vehicle for game viewing. Let’s explore this Garden of Eden. Ngorongoro is a huge and deep volcanic Crater. There’s rich pasture, swamps, forest and permanent water on the Crater floor that’s why wildlife here is so diverse and numerous. You will later drive to Arusha for your onwards arrangement.
