6 Days Tanzania Tented Camp | Mid-Range Safari Dreaming a safari on the African continent brings to mind visions of a fantastic adventure and incredible memories this 6-day Tanzania Tenetd Camp safari will take you to the finest Northern Tanzania parks, such as Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the wild Africa Serengeti National Park, and the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, all of which have their own special features and wildlife.

The travel itinerary below, is a suggested or sample Tanzanian safari itinerary – it can be adapted to suite your own personal needs and preferences or to any seasonal changes and migratory animal movements. Itinerary

Day 1 – Tarangire National park

After breakfast the tour departs. First stop is Arusha Town for any last minute purchases before we head off on safari. Afterwards we head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the centre of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras.

Day 2 – Lake Manyara National park

After your breakfast, and then we drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This impressive National Park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s Western escarpment. The Park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of Elephants; Manyara is famous for a Tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3,4 – Serengeti National park

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. We will do game drive in Serengeti for two Days. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5- Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

We will spend a day here for a game drive before driving to Ngorongoro Crater on our way back we will stop at Olduvai Gorge. It s a fascinating archaeological site we will visit if you are interested in history and the Masai tribes enjoying on route game Dinner and overnight

Day 6- Ngorongoro Crater

Our last day we starts very early in the morning equipped with a picnic lunch we descend 2000 ft. down to the Crater floor by our 4×4 wheel drive vehicle for game viewing. Let’s explore this Garden of Eden. Ngorongoro is a huge and deep volcanic Crater. There’s rich pasture, swamps, forest and permanent water on the Crater floor that’s why wildlife here is so diverse and numerous. You will later drive to Arusha for your onwards arrangement.
